Queen Candidates - Avery Boyer, Olivia Horn, Mikayla Lange, Addison Parrott, Natalie Wilcox King Candidates - Mason Chipman, Style Haeffner, Oliver Sowell, Levi Svoboda, Jordan Watznauer
The high school will vote for the Queen and King on Wednesday. The Coronation will be on Thursday, November 5 at 7:00 PM in the High School Gym.

The Danville Elementary Scholastic Book Fair goes virtual this year from November 9 - 22.

Reminder: Picture Retakes are tomorrow, October 23rd from 8:15a.m. until finished. Virtual students may come in from 7:15-8:15 a.m.


It seems very early in the season for such cool temperatures, however the weather has definitely changed. Please make sure your child brings a jacket, hat, and gloves to school each day. Also, it would be very beneficial if parents would label all winter clothing items with your child's name, in case of lost items. Thank you and Go Bears!

The Danville First Tech Challenge robotics team has been working hard building their robot for remote competition this year.
FTC students are using tools donated by Rheinschmidt Tile and Marble to create custom pieces for this year's competition robot. We want to thank them for their support of the team.

We have officially rescheduled the Harvest Moon Run for this Saturday, October 10! Race day registration will be held 5:30 to 7:00 on Saturday. Kids races are free, and sign up ends at 6:30, as the kids run at 6:45. The 5K starts at 7:30. Registration will be at the shelter house west of the school; there is no registration on-site Friday.

Reminder for this weeks home Danville volleyball matches - JH and HS. No elementary students unless accompanied by an adult or guardian and must sit with adult/guardian. Masks recommended. $5.00 admission prefer exact change. Small concessions available.

The Booster Club's HARVEST MOON RUN tonight has been postponed. Reschedule date has been tentatively set for next Saturday 10/10. On-site registration will be available then. Updates will follow.

Due to day time building restrictions for outside groups, the National Honor Society-sponsored Blood Drive, which is usually held in November, has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 28. They will be bringing their blood drive bus at that time. Plan now to participate.
