The Danville Community School District Board of Education is composed of dedicated community members who work together to guide and support the vision, goals, and policies of the district. Their leadership plays a vital role in ensuring a high-quality education for all students, while fostering transparency, accountability, and collaboration across the school community. The Board is committed to making informed decisions that reflect the needs and values of Danville’s students, families, and staff.

The Danville Community School District Board will hold an election this November for 2 member seats, each serving a four-year term.

• Filing period: August 25 – September 18, 2025

• Nomination paperwork due: September 18 by 5:00 PM

• Election Day: November 4, 2025

Each candidate must collect at least 18 valid signatures of support, though it’s strongly recommended to gather more in case some fall outside the Danville CSD boundaries.
