Danville Community School District covers approximately 80 square miles and operates 6 bus routes, transporting 300–400 students each day. The Transportation Department is led by Director John March, with support from Elementary Secretary Alice McLeland, who assists with dispatch and transportation-related communication.

EMERGENCY ROUTES
During inclement weather, buses may run on Emergency (Hard Surface) Routes. Notices will be posted on our school website, Facebook page, and shared with local radio stations. If morning routes are on hard surfaces, afternoon routes will be as well.

Emergency Snow Routes will be used when inclement weather occurs.
