Reminder for the Monday nights JH Home Boys Basketball GAME on 1/11/21. You will only be admitted to the game if you are listed on the athletes household list.
On January, 7, the Governor issued a new proclamation lifting the attendance restrictions for high school sports. However, according to the new directive, spectators still must ensure at least 6 feet of physical distance and are required to wear a mask. For tonights' basketball game (January8) with Van Buren we will still stay with our household only pass list. We are examining future procedures in regards to our gym capacity to see if we have the ability to allow more fans for our remaining home games. We will keep you updated. In regards to the boy's away game on Saturday, January 9 with Hillcrest Academy, they will also be allowing only household members to that game. The Varsity game starts at 4:30 followed by the JV game. The JV game is only one-half. Mondays JH GAME VS WB will follow the same guidelines of a Household list. Dr. Ward, Mr. Lawrence, Mr. Soukup
At the DANVILLE Home basketball games (JH or HS) all spectators will only be allowed in the gym/game if you live in an athletes household. A list has already been submitted by the student /Athlete. Tickets are no longer accepted for admission at Danville. This is per guidelines provided by the Governor/IBHSAA/IGHSAU. Thank You
At the HS basketball games tonight at Cardinal you will only be allowed in the gym/game if you live in an athletes household. That list has been provided already to cardinal.
Due to fog, there will be a late start today, Monday January 4, 2021. Classes will start at 10:00 am. There is no morning preschool. Daycare is open.
JH/HS Parents and Students: When we return tomorrow, January 4th, it will be a Blue Day. JH PE will be 8A and 7A and High School PE/Study Hall will be Blue 1.
Winter weather has arrived! Please be reminded to send snowpants, snow boots, hats, and gloves with your Danville Elementary student to school each day. It is also a good idea to put a "back up" mask in your child's backpack. We are excited to welcome your kids back to school tomorrow! Go Bears!

All HS Basketball games on 12/22 with Waco at home have been rescheduled JVG/VG will play on 1/16 with a 2pm tip off. JVB/VB will play on 2/5 with a 6pm tip off.

The JH Girls basketball game tonight 12/17 at New London has been change to a combined 7th and 8th grade game starting at 4:30.
Just a reminder that all Danville Elementary students in grades Kinder - 6th will be recording for the holiday program on Thursday, December 17th during the school day. Your child can dress up for the program, wear red and green, anything holiday-related or simply dress normally for school. We look forward to broadcasting the recording on Sunday, December 20th at 2:00 p.m. Please watch your email and the school Facebook page for instructions on where to view this year's holiday program.
Fruit/meat/cheese from the choir fundraiser will be arriving tomorrow. Pick up will be at the Danville Station after school until 5:30.
The Danville Food Pantry is low on CANNED MEAT products.Danville JH and HS will focus on the canned meat collection to help our food pantry.. Mr. Klesner's room will be our collection site. If you can, please have your student bring an item to school. Adults can drop off items at the high school office during school hours. We will be taking the meat product through next Monday.

REMINDER: Danville Junior High and High School Basketball Attendance Guidelines: Each player will receive 2 passes to use for their family. You must present the pass at every game to be admitted. You will still be required to pay the normal admission fee. All spectators, aged 2 and older, will be required to wear a mask at all home games. Children under 2 years old will be admitted free and not required to wear a mask. When attending games at Danville, please park in the North (High School) parking lot and enter through the Activities entrance. There will be no entry permitted through the elementary doors.
REMINDER: We have added an early out to this month's calendar. TODAY Wednesday, December 9th is an early out. Along with December 16th and the 22nd as a 2:00 dismissal.
