NEW FAMILY
REGISTRATION

  • Complete the “New Family Enrollment” application

  • Once all sections are complete, click “Save” to submit.

  • Office staff will then approve the information. You will receive an email with login information to return to JMC and finish the registration process. 

    1. Once application has been accepted, log into the "Family" portal (username will be parent's last name in lowercase letters) and password. If you are in need of your password, select “forgot your password” or select “change password”; if further questions arise, please contact the Elementary or High School offices 

NOTE: check to make sure you have selected the correct school year from the drop down above username & password

  • Select, "Register for 20XX-20XX" button in the left hand column, then "Start / Continue Registration Process". 

    • When completing the “Health Custom Fields”, please add ANY and ALL allergies by selecting “+new allergy”
      (ie medication(s), food, animal, etc). 

    • When you have completed all of the questions and filled in all of the fields click the "Finish" button which will appear in the top right corner of the screen.

PAYMENTS

  • Online (a convenience fee will be charged for online payments):

    • Click on “Tuition / Fees”. 

    • The required school fees should already be added. Click on “Pay My Bill” in the upper right hand corner. 

    • If you want to buy any additional items such as athletic pass(es) or yearbook(s), click on “Purchase Items” (top middle), select the student you want to have the item(s). You have to scroll down in the choices to see all items.

    • Once added to cart click on “Check Out”. Then pay with Debit or Credit Card. 

  • In Person or by Mail:

    • Checks must be made payable to "Danville Community School District"

    • Mail payments to: Danville Community School District, 419 South Main Street, Danville, IA 52623

LUNCH ACCOUNT(S)

To add money on the family lunch account online, click "Lunch" in the left hand column, then select, "JMC Online Deposit (Family Account)" Reminder, there will be a convenience fee when paying online through JMC

NOTE: this is for meals only - not Preschool or Kindergarten snack/milk tickets

OTHER INFORMATION

  • There are REQUIRED DOCUMENTS that will need to be printed and returned to the respective offices. To access these forms, click on “Downloadable Content” for the forms your student(s) need. 

  • School supply lists can be found under the "Downloadable Content" section

  • To find out your student(s)' teacher, log into the JMC Family Portal, click on "Academics" - "Schedule" - the name will appear on the top of the page.
