                      JR HIGH AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT:

 

Due to tomorrow's Earth Day activities, the FTC team will be selling popcorn today during Seminar.

 

 

NHS students please meet in the library with Mr. Huebner today (Thursday) during seminar.

 

Speech team members:  remember to bring your Christmas treats tomorrow.  You can put them in room 35 or drop them off after school.  

 

Make plans to attend the spring comedy In-laws, Outlaws, and other

People        Friday or Saturday at 7:30.  Student tickets are $5 at the door.

 

Attention Juniors and Seniors:  If you want your date to attend prom with you, please check the list by the high school office to make sure you have paid.  If not, please see Mrs. Kelly ASAP with your plan.  Last day to pay for your date is TOMORROW as the final number has to be turned in on Monday.

 

Leo club will be doing our monthly hat day the 20th, as that is our last Friday of the month!  This month, we will be donating money to the Science Club to help offset their costs with the Earth Day project.  Elementary WILL have sheets by Monday!

 

Are you currently, or have been, a member of Student Council?  Are you a junior interested in continuing as a leader in Student Council as either Student Body President or Vice President?  If so, you can pick up a petition and job expectations from Mrs. Linnenbrink starting today through April 20.  Campaigning begins April 23, and elections will be held May 1

 

1.  People who are running for Student Body officers need to see Mrs. Linnenbrink TODAY.

 

2.  The FTC Robotics Team would like to thank all of the students and staff who shared their recipes for our cookbook!  We have over 270 recipes for the book!  Now we need your help to get the word out that we are selling these great cookbooks and mementos for the great price of $10, IF you order now!  After May 21, the prices goes up to $12.  If you don't need one, maybe you can think of someone who would love it as a gift!  See or email Mrs. Linnenbrink with your order today!

Juniors-SCC is having a SNEAK PEAK on April 25 on the West Burlington Campus. I would encourage you to attend. You can meet instructors and sit in on a class. There's an opportunity to win a $500 scholarship. Register online at scciowa.edu and get a blue sheet.
